Our team completed the Chiltern 50KM Ultra Challenge, crossing the finish line in under 12 hours after months of training and teamwork! Fueled by stunning scenery and team spirit, we raised £2,710 to support Astriid’s mission of helping people with long-term health conditions return to work.

As we step closer to the end of 2024, the Bain and Gray team is not only busy with our regular work but also gearing up for a fantastic challenge—the Ultra Chiltern 50km Challenge! On the 28th of September, we will lace up our walking shoes and take on this formidable trek, all in support of our amazing charity partner, Astriid.

In this session we covered what these disabilities look like, how employers can be more supportive and the barriers in place for those with long-term conditions.
