A fantastic opportunity for an Admin Assistant to work alongside a senior PA within a small, yet exciting finance company based in the City. This small insurance company look after a niche client base within the TV and Film industries and the admin assistant will be the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.
Typical Admin Assistant duties will include screening calls and dealing with enquiries and requests, assisting with organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments, processing bank payments, carrying out background research and administrative duties.
There will be lots of opportunities to grow within this role and the ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy and advanced Excel, experience in working with external clients and customers, and be self-motivated, well organised and proactive.
