An exciting new role has opened up for an admin assistant to join one of our favourite clients based in offices in Victoria. This is a small, boutique, private equity firm. You will be providing administrative support to both the directors and the team. Duties will include, but are not limited to; office procurement, dealing with post, expenses, arranging meeting rooms and more. This is a client facing role that includes reception duties, and will therefore make you the first point of contact for external visitors. It is important that you are articulate and confident in dealing with people of all levels. The two existing PAs within the business are incredibly busy and may require some PA support from time to time. This is a great opportunity for you to develop skills in all support areas.
This is a fast paced environment that requires you to be highly organised and enjoy working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be confident, extremely resilient, able to deal with issues in a professional manner and confident in problem solving.
The team is very hard working and this is recognised by the company. The administrator will be reporting into the Operations Manager whom will be offering support to this position. You must be hard-working and self motivated. Ideally candidates will have strong A-Levels and 6-12months office experience behind them.
