Job Description

Are you a Data Visualiser?! We are looking for an exceptional Assistant to support a senior team within a boutique Family Office.  This is a growing and successful office; therefore, they are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running.  You will need to be a quick learner and have a real thirst for knowledge; they are looking for an Assistant they can utilise for both PA duties and someone who take ownership of projects.  This is a new role, working for a growing team, and therefore a great chance for you to really make the role your own.  There will be a huge amount of scope in this role and therefore you will need to demonstrate that you have excellent skills and have advanced levels of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and be extremely tech savvy.  In addition, you will be extremely detail orientated and have excellent proofreading skills.

 

Duties will include:

  • PA support to the senior team, including diary management and meeting scheduling
  • Travel arrangements; itineraries, visas, flights, accommodation etc
  • Assisting with a high volume of Board packs
  • Monthly expenses
  • Managing their database
  • Running reports on Excel
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Proofreading
  • Producing reports
  • Managing projects
  • General office management assistance

 

They are looking for an Assistant who is enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile. The successful candidate will ideally have the following characteristics:

  • Educated to a Degree level or equivalent
  • Well presented and trustworthy
  • Highly confidential
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Flexible and able to multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent typing and MS skills
