Job Description

We have an exciting new position for a Client Relationship Manager to join a longstanding client of ours. The company deliver training and coaching to a number of different businesses worldwide, to enhance their communications. As CRM, you will manage your own portfolio of clients (note this is not a commissioned sales role) acting as their key point of contact and working with Trainers to coordinate events, which take place online and face to face. This will suit someone, confident and outgoing, with good interpersonal skills, who is tech savvy and super organised. Working with a fun and dynamic, close-knit team, ‘we-work’ style offices and flexible working – this is a lovely position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to inbound queries to the web site, e-mail or phone
  • Responding promptly to potential leads
  • Log all leads and communication through the CRM system
  • Coordinate with clients and trainers to clarify correct scope of work
  • Establish and attend client meetings and build relationships
  • Generate and issue proposals and contracts. Ensure contracts are signed and returned in a timely manner. Check all client contract terms are in the best interest of our business
  • Project Manage the pre-event information collecting and event delivery to ensure customers and trainers have a great experience
  • Coordinate with other employees on trainer booking ensuring a fair balance of work
  • Currently to be available in the office at least 2 days a week to attend CRM Meetings


  • Ideally Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Resilient self-starter
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of projects
  • Experience of CRM or Salesforce preferred
  • Team working to ensure best overall outcome for the company
  • Professional, committed and determined
  • Ability to build long term relationships with clients
  • Excellent attention to detail from proposal through to contract and event management
