A fantastic opportunity for a Design Studio Administrator/Coordinator  to join an international luxury design brand based in stunning offices in the West End of London.  This Design Studio Administrator/Coordinator will primarily support the Design Director as well as providing support to the Design Studio teams.  This is a very busy role with frequently changing priorities requiring a strict methodical and structured approach, with a high level of detail. The Studio Administrator/coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the administrative process and all communication involved in the launch of new collections between the various internal departments and suppliers.  The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and preparing budgets, product information and product ordering together, with travel booking, filing and expenses. The ideal candidate will have several years industry (design & fabric) experience within a typical administrative support role.  Be well organised with good analytical skills as well as diplomatic with an ability to build strong relationships to extract the best from people.  An ability to work independently with initiative and also as part of the wider Design Studio Team is vital.  This role offers great opportunities for career and salary progression.
