Job Description

We have a brilliant EA opportunity supporting an Entrepreneur in the Finance industry. This is a busy role for someone unflappable with at least 5 years EA experience under their belt. A hybrid role of business and private duties, my client is seeking someone who is a strong team player, has a can do attitude and who is happy mucking in with the small stuff as well as larger exciting projects!


Duties will include:

-managing both business and personal inboxes

-managing 2 diaries

-paying bills and handling invoices

-liaising with family members on occasion

-keeping the company websites up to date

-some household management (ie payroll for house staff)

-filing and using the company database

-typing out dictated letters and emails


Candidates should:

-have degrees

-have excellent spoken and written English

-have the ability to multi task and prioritise a to -do list

-be confident with numbers

-be well presented and confident!
