A renowned leading executive search firm in Central London is seeking a calm, driven and committed Executive Assistant to cover a 14 Month Maternity Contract. You will be supporting 2 Principals in the CEO & Board Practice, specialising in the legal and HR divisions. With high expectations and in constant demand, you need to be highly organised and proactive.
The EA role will require a large amount of project work and liaison with clients and candidates and would therefore suit someone looking for a less-traditional EA position who is good at building and developing relationships. Often working to tight deadlines, you must be able to spin many plates, prioritise and keep calm under pressure.
You should have at least 4 years EA experience, ideally in executive search or professional services, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be hardworking, proactive, adaptable, attentive to detail, and have an interest in systems.
