My client is looking for a fabulous French speaking EA to hit the ground running with setting up a brand new London office. This is a very exciting challenge for an experienced EA who is highly organized and loves the prospect of putting systems and infrastructure in place. This is a well known consumer brand which is launching in London, an amazing opportunity for someone to join the London team. You will act as Office Manager and EA to HNW Board Members. This role is for someone highly adaptable to a fast paced environment, extremely motivated and not phased by a challenge! Experience in Private Equity would be advantageous.

Your duties may include:

  • Sourcing possible office venues
  • Setting up an office from scratch
  • Liaising with suppliers, vendors, IT
  • HR responsibilities
  • Organizing Payroll
  • Booking international travel for the board
  • Inbox management
  • Being the point of contact for the board
  • Gatekeeping


Job requirements:

  • Must speak French
  • 10 years EA / Office Manager experience in a boutique environment
  • Experience working in Private Equity (preferred)
  • Experience coordinating an office move
