A Fabulous opportunity has arisen for an exceptional business/private EA to support the CEO and Commercial Director within an UHNW family’s corporate Head Quarters based in the West End. This dual role will require strong EA experience in a similar senior role with both corporate and private responsibilities with a real focus in coordinating high volume complex diary management, meetings (domestic and international) and ever changing travel arrangements.
Duties will include: * Coordination of corporate and private travel arrangements and communication across different time zones, between external companies, executive management, board members, affiliated companies and family members * Coordination and organisation of corporate and private events * Diary/Inbox management * Meeting preparation – documents and board packs * Taking and distributing minutes * Management of utility bills and coordination of building contractors for the private residences * Running general errands for the Principals and / their family members * Ad hoc projects.
The successful EA will have longevity in their previous role/s and have a flexible approach to their work, be positive, professional, with strong interpersonal skills/attention to detail and a real can do attitude.
