We are very excited to be working on this new, one on one EA role supporting a high profile CEO. This is an all-encompassing EA role for a bright, outgoing and energetic EA. We need someone proactive by nature, who has the confidence performing in a demanding role. The successful EA must be a self-starter who has initiative, forms relationships easily and is happy taking charge and is naturally highly organised. The successful EA will manage all diary arrangements and communications of the CEO, as well as communicating with senior management.
We are looking for an EA who will ensure the CEO is where he needs to be and on time, as he struggles with time management due to his heavy workload. The responsibilities will include looking after the CEO’s travel and diary and arrangements as he travels extensively. This means he is out of the office at least half of the time working overseas, often in a different time zones. The CEO needs his EA to always have their finger on the pulse knowing where he is at all times; booking cars, flights and hotels, often reorganising at short notice. As well as the typical EA duties, he would also love to have an assistant who can attend meetings with him, do research, help look at data and generally take an interest in the business, which will ultimately make providing him with support, as easier task.
This EA role will require judgement, discretion and confidence with a friendly, chatty but professional demeanour. Confidentiality and discretion on personal and private matters are very important and previous experience in managing the personal organisation of someone at a similar level is preferred.
