Job Description

A large city-based property construction and development company is seeking a highly capable, switched on and discreet Executive Assistant to support its successful Chairman and Entrepreneur on the business and private side. The Executive Assistant responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary management
  • Booking all international travel
  • Managing the inbox
  • Coordinating all Executive / Board meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Project work
  • Personal PA duties
  • Managing expenses and expenditure
  • Assisting with presentations and reports


  • 5+ years EA experience at exec level
  • Experience supporting HNWs
  • Used to a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Confident, proactive and resilient
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Experience in M-L company
  • Property / construction advantageous
