Highly successful Founder/ Chairman of Private Equity company based in luxury Mayfair offices is looking for a first class EA to come on board and provide business and personal support. This role is office based and requires an EA who is top of their game to act as a true Right Hand to this demanding, exacting, charming CIO. We are looking for an engaged, enthusiastic candidate who is intelligent and commercially aware with an impressive track record supporting at this senior level. We need a well presented, organised, efficient PA who is able to juggle a busy and forever changing workload and liaise at all levels on a global scale - relationship building is essential as well as the ability to install trust and get the job done to a high standard. We are looking for a candidate who works well under pressure and is able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility. Typical duties included: extensive meeting, diary and travel scheduling globally, personal errand and appointments, restaurant and event organising, research and project work and any ad hoc duties as and when required.
Ideal candidate will be positive, proactive and know exactly what is required in supporting a busy, demanding Chairman of incredibly successful global business. The Chairman expects the very best from his staff but rewards handsomely, as such the working culture is positive and collaborative.
Previous experience within a Finance / PE environment would be an advantage as well as the ability to demonstrate loyalty and commitment on the CV.
