A dynamic young tech start-up in the West End is seeking a switched on, confident and capable Executive Assistant to support the Founder on the business and private side. As EA, responsibilities will include diary and travel management across multiple time zones, booking meetings, dealing with expenses, liaising with clients and HNWI’s, providing general admin assistance and co-ordinating the Founder’s social life. You must be a hard-working self-starter with excellent attention to detail, IT and communication skills (both oral and written), and be pro-active, calm under pressure and successful at building relationships. The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of two years PA experience and tech or start-up experience and be comfortable working in a small office environment.
