A successful investment company in the West End is seeking an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager & HR Assistant. As EA (40%), you will be supporting the Chief Operating Partner with business as well as some private support, with responsibilities including complex diary and travel management, organising meetings and conferences, overseeing the creation of contracts, client packs and other documents, processing expenses, arranging social events for clients and the team, and running ad-hoc personal errands. As Operations Manager (30%), you will be the face of Operations, ensuring its smooth and efficient running; develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures; oversee budgeting, reporting, planning and auditing; support worker communication with the management team; organise and present at team meetings; monitor the timesheet system and analyse data, and act as the administrator for the team intranet and expenses system. As HR Assistant (30%), you will support the portfolio business in managing the use of external advisors to ensure the business gets value for money, review contracts, ensuring they follow best practice, and work closely with HR teams of portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, confident, switched-on, emotionally intelligent and discreet with excellent communication skills and an understanding of general finance and budgeting and experience in a similar role and industry as a PA. A broad understanding of HR would also be helpful.
