As EA Team Leader you will be managing a team of EAs; delivering performance-related evaluations, assisting with training and inductions, conducting interviews, making staffing decisions and working in a solutions and people-focussed role, which will allow you to take a step away from traditional EA duties and learn and develop yourself further. The EA Team Leaders within this organisation are all team-oriented and working towards the same goal. The successful EA Team Leader will be professional, diplomatic and empathetic, with proven experience of both managing individuals as well as operations experience. The ideal candidate would be degree-educated and have proven experience of working in a role combining EA duties alongside managing team members, and will be hungry to leave behind the EA duties to take on more.
