This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, flexible and collaborative EA who is highly motivated and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and creative environment.  Based from brilliant offices in South London this hugely successful and established company is start up in feel and prides themselves on their environmental and community responsibility. They also really invest in their staff providing mentoring and coaching in order to develop your career.  Working for a dynamic and inspirational boss, this EA will be fully involved with the vision for the business, managing and driving an efficient working system and ensuring there is a clear purpose.  They will also be involved in organising large scale client events as well as big projects such as an office move.  This EA will manage a small team and will very much champion the office culture.  The ideal candidate will have with around 5 years’ relevant experience supporting at senior level within a startup/entrepreneurial/evolving environment from industries such as brands/retail/restaurants or fintech as well as proven ability to drive things through to completion.   Previous experience managing others, organising large fun events and overseeing projects such as an office move is essential.
