Based in a highly successful City based Consultancy firm, this role is working in a small team of three including the Events Manager and Events Director, so it is a fabulous opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.
Our client is based in lovely offices and there is a super culture and staff are very well looked after. Typical duties will include; managing invitations and replies, liaising with speakers, printing out name badges, coordinating with the venues, liaising with catering, managing dietary requirements, scheduling meetings and full inbox and diary management.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one year’s solid previous admin experience, ideally from within the professional services sector.
