Our client are looking for a super star PA to join their team, based in lovely City offices! The team which this role will be supporting, work with board members and non-executive directors and so the PA must feel confident at working at this level. This is a complex, high profile, client facing role where you are not only the PA but also managing projects, including events, from end to end so it is a really exciting opportunity for a PA wanting a more varied role.

The typical PA duties will include; complex inbox and diary management, putting together reports, being the first point of contact for clients, creating PowerPoint presentations, diary management organising events, preparing marketing material, travel booking, expenses, all typical office admin as well as managing specific projects.
The ideal PA will have had previous experience in a client facing role. The PA must be able to prioritise, be proactive and think ahead with excellent time management skills.
