Our client, a highly successful international Hospitality Investment & Management Company is looking for a forwarding thinking and professional EA to the CEO.
Joining a growing team in their amazing London West End offices, the successful candidate will be a proactive individual who is confident working in a faced-paced, professional environment.
The role primarily entails supporting the CEO who has a demanding schedule, yet other task will involve organising the office and providing ad hoc support to the Vice President.
This is currently a temporary role, but the right candidate would have the potential to transfer into a permanent position.

Ad hoc support
The successful candidate must be confident with high volumes of scheduling, flexible and reliable. Although this is not a 24-hour role, but the successful EA must be responsive out of the office hours.
Our client is looking for an EA to start asap so all applicants must be available immediately.
