This role involves directly supporting a VP, with ad hoc support to two Directors and the Senior Leadership team, assisting with a variety of fast-paced and exciting tasks. Some aspects of this EA role include:

  • The VP is new to the company and as such is constantly travelling, a strong and unflappable travel coordinator is key
  • Day-to-day everchanging diary management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Internal and external communication to maintain positive relationships
  • Managing confidential documents and remaining discrete

The ideal EA would have extensive travel arrangement experience and be confident multiple responsibilities, there is lots of potential for the right candidate.
