We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support three senior directors within a family business. The family business has been going for many years. However this role will be within a new department that focuses on the sport-tech and finance industry. The project is already underway and moving at an incredible pace, hence the need for some extra support. The role will entail; travel, diary and inbox management, general administrative duties, document preparation, office management, some personal PA support and ad hoc involvement with business projects. The EA will need to be a self-starter, who is motivated and comfortable working in a demanding environment. You may be required to attend meetings or events on the directors and the CEOs behalf and therefore must be confident dealing with a range of people.
The offices are currently based in the city. However, they are looking to relocate slightly further East, perhaps to Shoreditch (to gain closer presence to the tech hub). The EA will be crucial in the planning and implementation of this office move.
This is a really exciting opportunity to be a part of something new. During the initial stages of it being a start-up, longer hours may be required (although no weekend work). There is lots of opportunity for this role to develop into other areas of the business should you so wish. Experience in a start-up or tech environment is advantageous, but not essential. The EA will need to be flexible, willing to muck in in all areas of the business and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
