We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA, looking to progress to the next stage of their career, to work at a Real Estate Investment Company, based in the heart of central London. Headquartered in the Middle East, you will be based in their London office, at a very exciting time to join this successful and developing company. As PA, you will be responsible for looking after the Senior Managers in a PA capacity. In addition, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, ensuring that the office is run as efficiently and professionally as possible. You will have experience of working within a professional and dynamic office environment, with reaches across the Globe, at a fast and exciting pace. Typical PA duties will include; complex diary management, extensive travel arrangements, booking meetings and client entertainment, conducting research and putting together presentations, monitoring and ordering stationery, booking meeting rooms and meeting and greeting guests, acting as a gatekeep and liaising with people at all levels whilst conducting Private PA duties as required. This would suit a PA who has a keen eye for detail, is self-motivated and looking for a role where they can progress their career in a respected and team focussed company.
