A highly successful and rapidly growing health tech company based in North Central London is seeking a dynamic and flexible Executive Team Assistant.
Working closely with the EA to CEO, as Executive TA, you will be providing support to the executive team of 8, assisting with office management, HR and events, and generally helping to ensure the smooth running of the office.
PA duties will include diary and inbox management, expense and domestic travel arrangement and general admin support. Office management duties will include ordering office supplies, assisting with health and safety and preparing for the office return, dealing with any facilities and maintenance issues, and supporting with IT. You must a real team player with previous PA experience, excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, and a proactive, can-do and hands on approach. A great attitude is key!
