A successful global retail company based in South Central London is seeking an Executive Team Co-ordinator for their London head office. Supporting 6 members of the Executive Leadership team and being the first point of contact for the wider team, you will have excellent business exposure. Responsibilities will include extensive diary management, inbox and expense management, travel arrangement, events organisation, attending meetings and taking minutes, covering reception as required, general admin and document preparation. You should have had 2-3 years prior PA experience supporting multiple members of staff and complex diary management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. You must be comfortable working under your own initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic C Suite level opportunity in a creative and growing company.
