Job Description

Fabulous marketing company based in the City - London Bridge is looking for a Front of House Assistant to join the team.  This is a great role that is diverse and multi faceted, not only will you be responsible for running Front of House but you will also be managing the office, supporting the CEO and wider team in a PA capacity and also getting involved in events, finance and any ad hoc projects as and when required.  This company has great energy - it is busy, fast paced and fun!  As such we are looking for a confident candidate who has excellent presentation and communication skills.  We are looking for a can-do, positive attitude with the ability to juggle a busy and forever changing work load.  This role has huge scope and the offices are amazing with lots of socials regularly taking place with the team!

Please note this role is Monday - Friday office based and hours are 9am - 5.30pm


Office Management

  • Managing reception and phones
  • Handling internal and external post
  • Managing general office and kitchen environment taking pride in its appearance 
  • Managing office supplies such as weekly on-line food order and delivery, cleaning products and stationery
  • Managing regular lunches and snacks for the office
  • Organising refreshments and lunches for client meetings
  • Greeting clients and supporting with their needs throughout their visit
  • Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are observed

Admin Support

  • General admin support such as timesheets
  • Supporting CEO with company meetings
  • Supporting with event management, both internal alongside the social committee and client events alongside the Client Services team
  • Supporting Finance team on tasks such as expenses
  • Assisting Client Services team with team resource management
  • Organising internal (staff) and external (client) social events

Supporting the Senior Management Team and Account Team with ad hoc tasks as required
