Job Description

Our client, one of the world’s top luxury property/ residence management companies, is looking for an exceptional HR, L&D and Talent Specialist to join their professional and friendly team based at their stunning Mayfair Head Office.

This is a generalist HR role with a real focus on L&D and Talent Management and initially involves a high volume of in-house recruitment using Specialist Recruiters, LinkedIn and other general talent sourcing methods.  As well as the sourcing of candidates, you will also be co-ordinating interviews for hiring managers, managing adverts, reference checking, screening and short-listing as well as managing the offer process and ensuring a positive on-boarding experience.

This role has huge potential and you will get involved with the full employee life cycle as well as the development and growth of these employees.  The successful candidate with have 2/3 years HR experience with a good knowledge of employment law covering disciplinaries and grievances with a flexible, hands on approach.  You will also need to be polished, bright, have bags of initiative, with the ability to build instant rapport with your senior colleagues.  Part or fully CIPD qualified will be a distinct advantage.
