We are looking to hire a super Office Assistant at leading and a rapidly expanding organisation based in West London. Our client has a hugely impressive Board of Directors who are all very well-known and also have an office dog! This role will suit a flexible, hardworking and dedicated individual who has the enthusiasm and willingness to get to know the organization. We need a bright team player who will thoroughly enjoy a role with plenty of scope for creativity. You must be able to prioritize, be proactive, anticipate problems and provide solutions in a dynamic working environment.
This role will be working underneath the Office Manager, assisting with the day to day running of the office and providing support to the team.
Duties will include; meeting and greeting guests and visitors in to the office, liaising with facilities regarding any maintenance issues, booking meetings, general inbox management, diary management, booking travel, expenses, dealing with post, invoicing and general PA support.
The ideal Office Assistant will have 6 months minimum previous office experience with a ‘can do’ and hardworking attitude.
