We are working on a new Team Assistant role at a boutique West End finance firm. Our client has international offices but there are circa 50 in the London office. We are looking for an Team Assistant who can proactively co-ordinate the day to day administration of the office to ensure operations and processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role also provides admin support for personnel based in, or visiting the London office.
Typical Team Assistant duties will include managing the day-to-day functions of the office including opening the office each morning, ordering groceries and office supplies, opening and distributing the post, printing and binding, maintaining the cleanliness of the office and managing any maintenance needs with contractors. Duties will also include managing the office supplies, being the first point of contact for incoming calls and deliveries, meeting and greeting business guests and co-ordinating meeting room bookings. The Team Assistant will also provide PA support to CEO and wider Executive team when required, to include diary and travel management.
The ideal Team Assistant will have previous solid experience and be highly organised and resourceful with a ‘muck in’ attitude. The office hours are 8am – 6pm so we are looking for a Team Assistant who is comfortable working in a high pressure, global environment with advanced Microsoft office skills.
