Job Description

We are seeking a well presented, confident, switched on and enthusiastic Office Assistant with Receptionist/FOH duties for a smart boutique Head Office in the West End.  Responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, managing the switchboard, co-ordinating and setting up global conference calls, organising meeting rooms, providing office management duties such as ordering office supplies, arranging travel- both domestic and international, assisting with events, booking restaurants, dealing with merchandise and purchase orders and providing general office admin support as required.  This is a fantastically varied role and you must be professional, welcoming, well-spoken and articulate with a can-do flexible attitude and excellent IT and communication skills and attention to detail.  There are good progression opportunities for the right candidate in this successful and growing company.
