A lovely, long-standing client of ours is seeking a lovely Reception / Office manager to cover a maternity leave. This will be a 12-month fixed term contract. The client is a leading buyer and manager of consumer receivables, who are going through a very exciting growth period, so need someone highly capable and dependable to join their team. You will be meeting and greeting visitors, managing the calendar, organising refreshments, managing H&S, contracts, implementing procedures, procurements and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude, who is able to multi task. You will work well under pressure, with excellent customer service skills. Applicants must be immediately available and have previous experience in a similar position.
