Job Description

We are looking for a real all rounder to join an dynamic and friendly team. This hybrid role will encompass Office Manager, Operations and some PA duties. Working for a boutique finance firm based in the City, this company are going from strength to strength and investing in technology that is really making a difference. A passionate company who are looking for a hands on Office Manager and PA who can get stuck into Operational duties also. Duties in this role will cover Office Management, ensuring the smooth running of the office daily; Operations duties, such as special projects for their portfolio companies, arranging events and potentially helping with marketing; and PA duties to 3 Partners, covering some diary and travel, as well as putting together presentations and anything else needed.

 

This is a fun and hard working company, who all get on well. They are looking for a capable candidate who has done a mixture of Office Management, Operations and PA previously within a boutique financial services firm. Candidates must be degree calibre and have several years’ experience at a senior level. They are a delightful team who really believe in what they are doing and looking for someone calm, capable and switched on to join them.
