We have a fabulous role for an Operations Manager! Candidates must have experience within operations and finance. Working for a small business with a corporate start-up feel, this Operations Manager will have their fingers in plenty of pies; operations, HR, office management, finance support (invoicing, basic bookkeeping, payments etc.) and PA duties for the Managing Partner. The scope to get involved is huge, and efficiency and attention to detail are paramount for this Operations Manager, as they will be liaising across multiple offices and countries and chasing people for crucial information. The successful Operations Manager will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally from a Finance or corporate background, and must be a self-starter and happy to work autonomously. The company is going through an exciting time of growth, and will shortly be moving to Mayfair offices. There is a grown up working culture, and this Operations Manager may have occasional flexibility to work from home.
