We have a new PA role based in very smart West End offices. Our client work in the financial services sector and have a small team in their London office. This role is providing PA support to the Founding Director and also managing the day to day running of the office.
Typical duties will include; meeting and greeting visitors, answering the phones, dealing with post and couriers, extensive diary management, international travel booking, expenses, ordering office supplies, managing facilities and contractors, supporting the team and all typical office admin.
We are looking for a PA who has proven work experience in a similar role for 1+ years, ideally in a professional services capacity. We are looking for a well presented and hard working candidate, who is a team player with a high attention to detail.
It is likely that the PA will need to work long hours at times, so we are looking for a candidate with a flexible and hard working attitude.
