A lovely new client is seeking a PA / Business Coordinator to join their incredible team. This is a legal consultancy firm, based in beautifully modern, shared offices in the heart of the city. Experience within the legal sector is not required; however, you must have at least 3 years relevant PA / Office Management experience. The PA / Business Coordinator will be managing the day to day operations of the two existing virtual PAs and supporting the client with usual PA duties such as; drafting documents, acting as the first point of contact between the client and the business, dealing with correspondence (predominantly email), assisting in event organisation, managing office supplies, producing basic financial reports, document and system audits, managing their social media presence and more. You must be incredibly organised and able to juggle priorities whilst multi-tasking. The company move at a fast pace and need someone there to support them.
Many of the team travel, so the office can be quiet, but due to the shared work space and the option to move about, it is still very much a fun environment to work in. The PA / Business Coordinator must be well spoken, bubbly and confident dealing with issues in the teams absence. MS Office skills are essential.
