This is a wonderful opportunity for a commercially minded and highly organised PA to support this incredibly charming Chairman of a hugely successful FMCG company. Based out their private residence in South London this PA will work from the family office as part of a close knit team. Duties will include managing a complex and ever changing diary and professional calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, global travel and business obligations, drafting correspondence, preparing reports and liaising with depots/warehouses/commercial properties and suppliers. This person will gain excellent exposure to the business and there is plenty of scope to get involved. I am looking for a confident communicator who can be the go to person for all business contacts, someone who is interested in business and current affairs with an understanding of high end restaurants, art exhibitions, holidays etc. Ideally this PA will have around 5 years’ PA experience having supported a similar individual.
