Job Description

A highly successful retail company based in South Central London is seeking a PA and Commercial Co-ordinator for their CCO to provide high quality business and admin support and to assist with daily tasks and projects.  As PA (approximately 50% of the role) responsibilities will include diary and inbox management, meeting and travel booking, expenses, daily general admin and generally being the eyes and ears of your boss.  On the Commercial Co-ordinator side, responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining spreadsheets and reports for tracking and analysing costings and presenting business critical data, attending and minuting meetings, undertaking specific research projects such as new market opportunities, product trends and new clients, pulling together commercial project summaries and working with the Account Directors to monitor sales pipeline and ensure data integrity.  The ideal candidate will be positive, adaptable, resilient and a self-starter who is good with numbers, attentive to detail, able to problem-solve and prioritise and build relationships successfully.  Excellent IT skills are required, especially in Excel.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic and creative company.
