A top client is looking for a Personal Assistant/Office assistant to join their boutique property investment firm, based in gorgeous and newly refurbished offices in the heart of Mayfair. The Personal Assistant/Office manager will be reporting into the operations manager whilst supporting the CEO, Directors and the wider team. This is a busy and diverse, client facing role that requires a highly organised individual who is comfortable dealing with HNWIs and senior level officials.

 You will be dealing with complex and busy diary management for 6 directors whilst also providing administrative support to their office team, such as maintaining the office database, office procurement and client liaison. You will be the first point of contact for all external visitors and will enjoy being in a client facing role.

The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of the business in a growing company. You must be hard working, confident, willing to muck in and consider yourself a team player. In addition to strong Microsoft package skills, the PA/Office Manager must have two years relevant experience.
