We are working on a very exciting EA / Office Manager at a boutique Executive Search firm based in very smart West End offices. The ideal candidate will have previous Executive Search or Consultancy experience and have a solid CV supporting at senior level.
The successful PA / Office Manager must have exceptional diary management, problem solving and communication skills and solid PA experience. Their clients are based all over the world so the PA / Office Manager will need to be super organised and able to manage working with multiple time zones, stakeholders, deadlines and priorities.
Your key responsibilities will include the following; diary and travel management, arranging events, meeting and greeting visitors, filtering incoming calls, expenses, preparing reports, training other support staff, coordinating all project related activities, updating the database, proof reading and all typical office management.
This role will be working as part of a small team, so we are looking for a PA / Office Manager with a muck in and hardworking attitude.
