A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join a well-established organisation in the heart of Westminster. This is a full time, 22-month contract. You will be supporting the Project Manager on a long-term project that is soon to be rolled out. Duties include; project work, diary management, liaising with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, running reports, document management, helping to develop and implement processes, admin duties and more. This is an excellent opportunity, to get involved with a large-scale project, that offers great variety and development opportunities. You will be highly organised, a problem solver, who is able to grasp concepts quickly, with strong written and verbal communication. Ideally candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent. Experience within a PA/TA position is necessary, with an advantage to those who have experience with project work.
