Job Description

Do you live in South London with easy access to the A3 or near Godalming, Surrey? If so, we are working on a lovely PA role working for a highly successful management company. Based in a small team, this PA role will be working closely with other support staff to ensure that the main Principle’s life runs as smoothly as possible. As well as high profile events, our Client runs several highly regarded businesses, so we are looking for a PA with some solid previous experience of providing a high level of support.

Typical duties will include booking travel, managing an ever changing diary, heavy inbox management, scheduling meetings, attending meetings and taking follow up notes, organising events, managing expenses, correspondence, providing personal support, and all typical office admin.

Once this PA has built up trust and tasks are executed to a high standard, then they will be given more responsibility and opportunities for growth, so we are looking for a PA who wants longevity in their next role.

There may be some out of office work required, so we are looking for a flexible PA who is happy providing both business and personal support.
