A lovely new client is seeking a top PA/Office Administrator to join their team, based in wonderful west end offices. The role is predominantly PA support (approx. 70% of the role), with the remainder focused on office admin support. Therefore previous PA experience is key! This is a well-established and successful business within professional services. The Personal Assistant will be supporting mainly two company directors with all usual duties such as; diary, travel and inbox management, dealing with all correspondence, gatekeeping, copy typing, events, expense claims and more. You will be; confident and mature with a professional approach to work, able to deal with sensitive information discreetly, personable and able to work as part of a team.
