This is a fantastic opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to play an important part in the growth of a tech start-up located in Clerkenwell.  As PA to the three Founding Partners, the PA/Office Manager role will be widely varied and will require support on a multitude of tasks affecting the business.  The Founding Partners are all young and not used to having PA support previously, so we are looking for a PA who can upward manage and help teach the Partners how to utilise the assistance.

This is a new role where the successful PA/Office Manager can really make it their own and as the business grows, there will be lots of opportunity for the role to also develop. There will be an upcoming office move which will be a big project needing thorough research and planning. Currently the team is 25 people but this is rapidly expanding.

The successful PA / Office Manager must be outgoing, confident and will have great interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.  The PA/Office Manager also must be highly motivated, able to work under self-direction and as part of a busy team, highly organised, reliable, able to meet deadlines and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
