Job Description

An incredible opportunity to start at an established and very successful finance start-up and make the role your own within beautiful centrally located offices. The company is boutique and growing quickly, they all really get along with great sense of humours. In short, they have a great culture an really reward their staff. In brand spanking new offices, this is a brand new role to come in and take charge of the office and provide support to this busy team! A very meaty role, you can get involved in lots of projects as well as put in your own systems and come up with ideas to make sure that everyone is happy and the office runs smoothly


  • Diary management and travel for Co-Founders and Senior Management
  • Projects…! Heaps of them – from Marketing to HR to rebrand
  • Events – internal and external
  • HR – putting in and managing systems, building new initiatives
  • Facilities, building relationships with suppliers
  • Office procurement
  • Putting in systems!
  • Meet and greet and first point of call for enquiries and managing meeting rooms (Face of company)


I am looking for someone with a good sense of humour and likes to be the glue of the office and make sure everyone is looked after. Someone who will realise that someone has been in meetings all day and not had lunch. Someone who is proactive, a yes person who wants to get involved, stick their hand up and jump in. Someone with confidence, is adaptable and able to read a room. Someone who also wants to own projects, run with things and come up with ideas.


This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate who wants to come in and make the role their own and be given lots of ownership of their own projects, who wants to put in systems to everything runs smoothly, generally likes being the go to person for everything and will muck in wherever needed.
