Job Description

My client is a creative production house with a diverse portfolio of well-known brands. I am looking for an organised and positive PA to support the Director, assisting with all things from diary and inbox management to household duties. Based in buzzy and sociable offices in Angel, you will really guide the Director, solving problems that arise and staying up to date on all things fashion, arts and holiday locations. This role also comes with excellent benefits, such as a gym membership, pension scheme and travel allowance. If you are a people person who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks at once, this is the role for you.

Your duties will include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel management, including booking flights, car insurance and more
  • Expenses – using spreadsheets and Xero
  • Property management – certifications, tenants, etc.
  • House – sorting out utilities, home insurance etc.
  • Family – renewing family passports, arranging school clubs, managing school fees

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working as a PA and will also have private household experience. You will need to be a resilient individual who has a high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also be competent on an Apple Mac. Apply now!
