We have an exciting and fast paced PA role working for an excellent, proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant. This is a 12-month Maternity contract where the successful PA will be able to get fully involved within the company and the role. Our client is looking for a PA with previous Executive Search experience and the successful candidate must thrive in a fast pace environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a respected, renowned and industry leading Executive Search Firm based in stunning offices in the heart of the City. Duties will be incredibly varied and will include diary management, international travel, scheduling meetings and interviews, sourcing candidates, working on both projects and events and processing expenses. Our client is looking for a PA with excellent attention to detail, who is highly self-motivated and a true team player – a ‘can do’ attitude and sense of humour is key. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company and play a key role in a lively, friendly and successful environment.
