Our client, a rapidly expanding Finance House, is looking for a PA to look after their 2 Senior Directors and provide them with ad hoc administration support. Based in stunning open plan offices in the West End this PA will need to be hands on and flexible to be successful within this entrepreneurial/start up environment.
Typical PA duties will include managing their diaries/travel, preparing documentation for meetings, taking minutes, organising social events, expenses, basic accounts for the CEO’s private businesses, ensuring all provisions are in place for Directors and board level meetings and providing PA support for the CEO’s personal affairs.
