A lovely client of ours is seeking a professional and savvy PA to support three high profile individuals, including the CEO of a not for profit institution. Based in fabulous offices in the heart of London, you must have a solid CV and the ambition to work in a fast paced and dynamic world of work. As the PA to three incredibly busy individuals, your role will be to provide full and extensive diary management, coordinate and manage travel arrangements, organise meetings and all other ad hoc administration and secretarial duties that the company requires. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced PA who is seeking a new challenge. You must have PA experience at director level as well as excellent MS Office skills. It is vital that you are incredibly efficient, organised and willing to work hard and engage with people on all levels.
