Our client, a highly successful private family medical company, based in South London, is seeking a on the ball and proactive Personal and Business Assistant. This is a part time, 3 day a week, role supporting the two Directors. This is a lovely firm with a real family feel, the company is established and growing and there is plenty of opportunity to really make this role your own. Your duties will include; invoicing and assisting with business and family accounts, managing the household staff, diary and meeting management, organising and coordinating national and global travel, assisting with a family home relocation and ensuring the seamless flow of both business and personal life. The ideal candidate will have previous medical experience and strong Microsoft Office skills is essential. Due to the nature of a growing company a team player with a flexible attitude is a necessity, our client is looking for longevity and continuity – this role has a lot to offer for the right candidate.
