We are looking for a Personal Assistant to work in the Property Management department of extremely successful and privately owned Estate Agents who cover the West and South West regions of London. This is a fantastic role for an extremely well organised Personal Assistant who has a keen interest in Marketing and is looking to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The company is fun and team orientated and you will be looking after a successful Managing Director within the Property Management department in their brand new office and in addition you will also get involved in the preparation of marketing material. Typical Personal Assistant duties will include; diary management, booking meetings, gatekeeping, liaising with tenants and clients, updating the database, filing, advertising, ordering stationery and ad hoc marketing requests as required.
