We are looking for a well presented, articulate, flexible, highly efficient and organised Private Assistant to come on board to support UHNWI. This role will be circa 30 hours a week but what is absolutely essential for this role is a flexible, can do approach. There is no set working pattern or structure to this role and so really does require someone who is happy being contacted out of typical hours or at week ends, although please note this is not 24/7 and the contact will not be unreasonable or overly demanding.
This is a fantastic role for someone with private support experience who is looking for a part time role, mainly working remotely from your home. Typical duties will be personal appointments/ meetings, travel arrangements, errands, gift buying, event management, household ordering/ maintenance, extensive liaison with household staff/ family / friends. This is a busy role supporting a charming individual! Ideal candidate will be available to start early August.
